today, after long wave of no problem service, Steam updated itself when starting. At first, I was thinking about new update however version numbers haven't changed (build date: 2012/12/19, package version: 1355957371). After update (112103 KB downloaded - number as I remember it, can be wrong) Steam asked for adding PC to Steam Guard again, my user settings were cleared and games appeared as not installed. Restarting Steam haven't helped.
Games appear not installed and I have to re-download them again. Games weren't deleted from SteamApps folder, however validation of files is not possible (bcs. they seems to be not installed for Steam).
