When creating a desktop shortcut, sometimes steam fails to get a game-specific icon for the shortcut and gracefully falls back to a generic steam icon.
Please add a debug message to stdout when failing to acquire a game-specific shortcut icon, so users to give something substantial back to game developers. This message may be along the lines of "Invalid icon hash 123456ABCDEF, falling back to steam icon" or "WARNING: Failed to download icon for game 123450, using steam icon instead, please contact the game developer"
Ideally, the message should be usable in resolving the game's configuration issue.
