Finishing the "Retrieve A Lost Account" wizard appears to quit Steam however it's still running in the background and double clicking the desktop icon again does nothing. Process must be killed in order to get Steam to restart.
Steps to reproduce (I'm running LUbuntu 12.10):

Install steam.deb
Double click steam icon on the desktop
Click "Retrieve A Lost Account"
"I don't know my account name"
"I remember the contact email address I used"
Enter your email address then proceed to "Finish"
Steam appears to completely exit at this point
Double click steam icon on the desktop again - nothing happens
Process list shows steam.sh and "MainThrd" still running. Killing MainThrd allows Steam to be re-lauched.
