The Discovery Queue is showing me Windows and Mac games now. It used to only show me games relevant to me, ie: Linux games. Ever since the sale/new customization option, it's showing almost NO Linux games.

Maybe this is related to #4448 and #4038.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Use the Discovery Queue.
2. Discover cool AAA titles that I can't run on Linux or SteamOS.
3. ???
4. ProfitCry into my beer
