Requesting CD key doesn't deliver it

Clicking on the right menu to request CD key for available games
doesn't work. it just opens a window saying requesting key and it never finishes.

Turns out it's only with some games like Mount & Blade: With Fire & Sword

Same issue as @ghost but for Guild Wars, bought 2 days ago during Steam discount.
An image of what happen in the client.
Forever waiting the key.

I don't know if it matters to you, I have bought "Guild Wars Trilogy" + an extension "Guild Wars : eye of the north"
