Nothing happens when I click controller button that is binded to the grave accent kb key(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grave_accent)

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Example for desktop controller configuration:

1. Open Settings -> Controller Configuration -> Desktop Configuration
2. Select Button Pad Bindings
3. Select 'A' button
4. Assign grave accent key - http://imgur.com/a/74N1D
5. Open any text editor and press 'A' button
   Result: Nothing happens
   Expected Result: '`' symbols appear

Assigning other kb keys(letters, brackets, dot, comma etc.) to the 'A' button works as expected.

Due to this issue I had to change default key combinations for some games. For example, by default Overlord uses this key for 'Select All Minions' action.
