[big picture] steamOS update notification does not go away

Up-to-date beta SteamOS (2.95) and Big Picture beta client.

It's has been a few days that I have the "Restart SteamOS" notification there. It does not go away.

Since I'm a linux system dev, I went into desktop mode. Had linux firmware package update held-up.
I did a apt-get dist-upgrade, and everything the notification went away.
For your information, the update notification was also present in the gnome package manager.

I fixed manually this, but I cannot force easily a state to reproduce. Wonder if this was fixed.
