Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I've updated nvidia driver to 367 version, then tried to launch steam as sh -c 'STEAM_FRAME_FORCE_CLOSE=1 steam' %U. I've tried it twice, then opened task manager and saw 6-8 processes with steam in it's name and killed all of them. Then launched steam again, there were 4 processes in task manager, one of them was rm .steam/... <long list of some steam dirs>. After reboot and launching steam I've again logged in to my account and saw empty library.

Maybe rm process has appeared after first launch.
