Steam Client Beta has the same glitch.
Settings:
Right trackpad set to mouse-like joystick mode.
Gyro set to mouse-like joystick mode, Enable Button set to Right Pad Touch (this is the key).
The glitch:
Fast move(gyro or pad no matter) results in analog AXIS flashing mininum and maximum values.
It results in camera(in game) shaking instead of moving.
