Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
My friend and I have our accounts registered on the same Steam machine, and we each own a Steam controller that has been properly setup under each account.
When my account is signed in and my friend connects his controller, it brings up the appropriate dialogue asking which account bindings it should use.
However if my friend's account is signed in and I connect my controller, it doesn't recognise my account is bound too it and starts asking him to setup his new controller and bind his account too it.
It should bring the same dialogue up as it does on my account when he connects his controller, asking which account bindings to use.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Have two accounts on the same steam machine with a different steam controller setup under each one
Sign into each account and connect the other accounts controller like you were going to play local co-op.
