The text input suggestion system will not keep uppercase characters. At one point this did work a long while ago.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open up the text input system (.e.g. with a Steam Controller)
2. Start typing "Controller" with a Capital C
3. Text suggestion system does not respect uppercase character used
