Steps for reproducing this issue:

I don't know, why steam load one core at 100%
run steam and wait 30-60 min
try use messages, launch and close game
I have this bug 1.5 - 3 weeks

Hello @steamlinux, can you check dmesg for a steamwebhelper segfault? If there is, then this is most likely the same issue as #5061.
