Hello @matzeysb, with a 2 GHz / 15 watt TDP dual core processor and integrated graphics, it's not surprising CS:GO is having trouble. I'd expect it's cpu bottlenecking between the game engine and the ToGL translation layer.
General linux performance issues for CS:GO is being tracked at https://github.com/ValveSoftware/csgo-osx-linux/issues/1111, you can post your system information from steam, graphics settings, and performance experience there. Closing as a duplicate.
Just a sidey note: 60 FPS does not seem bad at all, especially considering the possibility of v-sync being enabled (chances are the display limits it to 60 FPS because of that). :]

My fps in CS:GO is not above 60 and I think my laptop can go a bit more . Im using linux / ubuntu 16.04.
