Premise: this happens only for games in which I have not yet configured the controller.
When I launch these games with:
steam -tenfoot steam://rungameid/appId
Big Picture starts with the window "First Time Config Selection" but I can't select neither "Launch Game!" nor "Browse Other Configs" but I can move and select the menu behind it (Store-Library-Community)
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Install a game in which you have never configured the Steam Controller for it.
