The first time after login, Steam only shows the tray icon, which
menu does not work as the main UI cannot display.If Steam is killed and restarted, it stucks at "Connecting Steam account" dialog box.
I think that it is related to Chrome.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Remove all files at ~/.steam
  2. Launch Steam
  3. See description above
