Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen.
Expected being able to move the install location of a game to another location with more space. Trying to move it however results in an error "Files can't be moved to new library folder (updates required).
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Start downloading something larger then available space
Run out of space.. move files to another volume.. get hit with bogus out of space zfs bug from 2014
Sufficient time passes to require an update
Right click -> Properties -> Local Files -> Move Install Folder
Pick new location...
Scratch head wondering why
I now have 16G of GTA that will either have to be downloaded again or remember which file stores the location data to move it manually.
