Pop-Ups of steam library screen lose focus upon first click

All pop-ups opening upon clicks in the library view lose focus when I click on them the first time and the item in the steam library view beneath the pop-up gets clicked.
Once the pop-up is brought up in front again by clicking on it in the task bar everything works just fine. This happened when installing and when starting a game.

Steps to reproduce:

Open steam library menu
Click on an entry and open a pop-up (install game, start game, ...)
Click on a button in the pop-up => Click is registered in library menu
Refocus the pop-up => Now pop-up works just fine

Which steam library menu do you mean? When right-clicking on a game in the game list? If I choose Install game... off of that menu I don't see any problems.

Just tested it again and I can't reproduce the bug. However, yesterday it was definitely present. I updated the nvidia driver from 304.43 to 310.14, maybe this fixed the problem or it was the reboot.

Yesterday this really bugged me but it seems to be fixed now :)

Edit: With steam library menu I meant the game list.
