Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

If I try and view any broadcast for any game in Big Picture mode, I see the following error:

"An unexpected error occurred when trying to view this Broadcast"

However, if I try to view the same broadcast in regular mode (ie. Not Big Picture mode) on the same computer using the same steam client, it works.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install steam on Fedora 28 or RHEL 7.4 / 7.5 using RPMFusion repo
2. In regular mode test viewing a broadcast for any game, It works
3. Switch to Big Picture Mode and test viewing the same broadcast, it fails.

This must be a regression because viewing broadcasts use to work
