Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Some menu items are translated.
"Close", "Minimize", "Zoom", "Bring All to Front" etc.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Run Steam.
  2. Change language in Steam to other language then english.
  3. Check to see if all menu items are fully translated.
