Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
According to the changelog, today's beta update "Fixed incorrect mouse wheel scrolling offsets", which it did for the client. However, in the overlay in-game, scrolling is broken now, skipping multiple pages at once. I tested this in gnome, i3 and sway, where the behaviour was exactly the same.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Open the Steam Overlay in a game
Open any scrollable view (Friends list, Browser window)
