While activating my Humble Bundle games for this month, all of the games I redeemed were showing HTML entities in the product activation screens. For example:
RR Humble DLC
I've never seen this previously, so I'm guessing this is a new problem with a recent build.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Go to Games -> Activate a Product on Steam
Click Next -> I Agree
Enter key and click Next
Product title displays confirming desire to add product to library, with HTML entities exposed per the example above.
