I have my Linux Steam games and windows Steam games in separate folders. When I added the windows game folder to Linux client and selected enable proton for all titles, it started to download windows games and deleted those games from the windows game folder. This is not acceptable.
There is no way to remove a game folder from Steam client without deleting game files. I can not enable proton again, when the steam client deletes my windows games again.
