Every time there is a slight hiccough or drop with my internet the friends list pops ups.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Have internet
Don't have internet
Friends list pops up to complain about not being able to connect to friends network.
I don't know if this feature is specific to linux or not but PLEASE REMOVE IT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. For people with spotty internet this feature is a bane of our existence, imagine if skype, discord, steam, hexchat, etc, ALL sent a popup notification every time there was a slight hiccough in your internet.... It would be pandemonium, right? So why are you doing it thinking you are special? We know our internet is crap, we do not need a popup every time it gets a little spotty. I shouldn't have to sign out of the friends network completely to stop this feature that was recently added. Please, either add an option for this, or remove this pointless feature completely.
