The following bad quality deb message upon trying to install the package on Ubuntu 12.10 64bit:

E: steam: malformed-deb-archive found 4 members instead of 3

To reproduce:

1. Download deb package from steampowered
2. Double click to open deb
3. Click install (in Ubuntu software center where package install process opens.
   The quality warning alert appears.
