After starting client with following command, it warns me about... Windows Parental Control - it's a bit wierd as It does not have such security subsystem as i know

my current account has configured Family View with pin-code

could you change message to smth like:

Game blocked of security reasons

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. add parental control to steam account
2. protect some game with family view
3. close steam client
4. try to start protected game with command like

$> steam steam://rungameid/427520
