Using the Menu (Store, Library, etc...) when the Steam main window is in front of a full screen window makes main window go to the background.

elementary OS Loki (Ubuntu 16.04)
Steam stable fully updated

1-Go to the store and play a trailer. Put it in fullscreen.
2- Use the window switcher (Alt+Tab) to go to the main window.
3- Hover the mouse on one of the main window menu (Store, Library, etc...)

Result: The main window goes to background. Sometimes it starts to "freak out" going background/foreground.
This happens every time steam is in front of a fullscreen app (Terminal, Firefox, Steam games). It seems to battle itself to see which element, drop down menu or the main window should be in the foreground.

I'm closing this issue because it was fixed on elementary OS Juno (Ubuntu 18.04).

Since elementary doesn't support old versions, i don't see a reason why this should be open.

Thanks.
