Steam client doesn't download games and updates at full speed (2MB/s) and keep slowly on 400-500KB/s as shown here:
I had tried many way like disable IPv6, install and configure dnsmasq (sometime my PC can't resolve host but I solved it already).
Please help, I'm so tired
