Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen. Please link any large code pastes as a Github Gist

After downloading the latest Steam Beta Update, when running steam-native-runtime, I'm unable to access friends list, etc. My name is in gray, and clicking the Friends & Chat button does nothing. Store, Community, and Profile tabs do not load either. I can access my library, but I can't see any online friends, and they can't see me.

If I use the Steam(Runtime) instead of Steam(Native), I'm able to access all online features.

If I opt out of the beta, Steam(Native) does not suffer from this issue and can access online features just fine.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Opt in to Steam Beta Update
  2. Install latest Beta Update.
  3. Run steam-native-runtime
