This would be helpful for games that have local files like Zachworks games with instructions.
Hello @steamlinux, I copied the url to some local nVidia driver docs to Steam's overlay and it opened fine with both the big picture overlay and the desktop mode overlay. Please give this a retest.
I did notice you need to give a full absolute path to the local file, so it'll end up looking like file:///path/to/file (note the three consecutive slashes).
I'm retest this. if I manually type link, startswith on "file:///" - this work, but I can't save this link as default.
