Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The Steam Client's file dialog doesn't sort properly by ascending or descending with NAME, SIZE, or DATE MODIFIED. The only field that seems to sort properly is TYPE.

I even compared this to the behavior in Thunar to make sure I wasn't going crazy. The exact same folder in Thunar sorts properly while in the Steam Client the sort is all messed up. I couldn't even determine a hint of any reason behind the ordering used by the Steam Client.

I searched a few times to see if this had been reported before. I found nothing. #233 popped up as a suggestion in the related issues list as I was typing up this issue. I don't know if it is related.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open a chat window.
2. Click on the paper clip to open a file dialog.
3. Navigate to a folder in the user's home such as "Downloads" or "Documents" that may have lots of files varying in name, size, type, and modification date.
4. Attempt to sort ascending and descending by name, size, type, and modification date.
5. Madness.
