When starting the game, the following apears:

Uninstalling and re-installing the game doesn't help.
And when installing, the download size is 0 (zero!).

When trying to activate the key for that game, the following appears:

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Try to launch the game - error dialog
2. Try to re-install the game - 0-sized download
3. Try to activate the key again - another error dialog
