Way to reproduce:
Add few games to wishlist.
Drag one item and move it quickly from top to bottom and vice versa.
Result:
garbage

Interestingly, I'm running a slightly different nVidia driver. Mine says:

Can you validate your video driver and see if it needs to be updated?

I see minor invalidation issues while dragging an item vertically upwards over another, no problems going the other way.
