Trying to upload a screenshot results in an error. 1 of 1 screenshots could not be uploaded. This has been happening since Sunday at least (first time I try to upload something).

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Try to upload a screenshot.

Hello @sabian2008, what kernel version are you using? Please check if it's 5.1.14 or newer.

Thanks, you're seeing a known kernel regression (#6326) which is already fixed and shipped in your distro, please update your system and reboot.

The Steam cloud issue was indeed fixed on Fedora 30.
