World of Goo does not restore my previous saved games from the cloud

I have played to World of Goo before (on Windows) and when i started it on Steam (Ubuntu), all my previous "profiles" (in game) are missing.

Is it a normal ? Is there 2 differents clouds data, one for Windows and one for Linux ?
