Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

With dynamic collections in the Steam beta, store tags that are assigned to the collection are being displayed multiple times, on Gentoo.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Create a dynamic library.
2. Add a tag.
3. Click on another dynamic library.
4. Click back to the library with a tag.
5. Notice that the tag has been duplicated.
6. Repeating the process adds more duplication.

Selecting a game in the library clears the duplicated tags.

Expected results: No tag duplication displayed.
