It appears that each tag added for a dynamic collection adds an "and" logical operator. Having access to additional logical operators would be quite useful. The "or" and "not" operators would be great.
Because many games have incorrect, misleading, or poorly defined tags, creating effective and accurate dynamic libraries requires constant manual adjustment.
Examples:
Aperature Tag has the "co-op" tag, but no "multiplayer" tag.
When creating a dynamic library for "multiplayer" titles, it would be useful to have an "or" operator on "multiplayer", "co-op", "local co-op", "local multiplayer", etc.

It would also be useful to have "or" operators for "full controller support" and "partial controller support".

Your system information
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
It would be useful, when creating personal dynamic collections, to be able to exclude games with certain tags.
Currently we can include games with tags, which is quite helpful.
I'd love to create a "Single-player only" dynamic collection, which is tricky without manually verifying each of the games in my collection. If I were able to include "singleplayer" and exclude "multiplayer" this would be a lot more feasible.
