Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The Downloads list does not render correctly when it has ~95 items or more. It is sometimes blank/black, and sometimes it displays some of the games in a very squashed list where each game is only a few pixels high.

Once enough downloads have been completed and removed from the list, it will begin displaying correctly. For me, that was when I got the list down to 94 items.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install 1000+ games on your steam machine.
2. Turn it off for six months.
3. Turn it back on and look at the download list.
