Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Upon loading up CS:GO, my left primary screen, where CS:GO should load, rightfully turns black as if it is beginning to load. However, my secondary screen begins to flicker white uncontrollably; I believe this is the game attempting to load up my brightness setting, which, when the game used to run fine, would make both monitors brighter, like that white overlay.
Eventually, the game seems to load with the usual "CS:GO Has Stopped Responding", which I should just click "Wait" on, which would then let me play. However, now, I cannot select either option and the menu quickly disappears. It now seems as if the game is open, as it is displaying, but I cannot interact with any menus- the game seems unfocused. When I go to the taskbar and click on CS:GO, it seems to refocus, but now offsets CS:GO's display slightly and when I hover my mouse where the elements would usually be, I can hear the hover noise, so the game is focused, but the game has no visual display apart from what is stuck on my screen.
