Account creation fails, I enter my information and select continue. A red box at the top of the Steam window appears which says "Please enter a valid email address." One item of note is that the e-mail being entered includes non-alphanumeric characters ('+' in this case, '%' is also legal though is rejected by many modern MTAs; only the destination MTA is allowed to interpret the local-part).
