Steam client version (build number or date): Oct 30 2019 at 20:05:34
Distribution (e.g. Ubuntu): Gentoo Linux
Opted into Steam client beta?: No
Have you checked for system updates?: Yes
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
I am on Gentoo Linux.
I have 2x 1920x1080 and 1x 3840x2160 screens.
They are arranged like this:
Empty
1920x1080
1920x1080
3840x2160
The steam client updated yesterday 31. of October and since then when I start steam the steam windows just move from the top corner of my screen towards the bottom right and then after some time come back from the top (moved to the right) and they continue just like that :D.
All of that happens at considerable speed (like fast enough that I can't click anything but slow enough that I can identify the window :))
If i set the 4k screen (the bottom right one) to 1920x1080 this does not happen.
If I set resolution to 4k AFTER Steam has started, it does not happen either.
If I set resolution to 4k BEFORE starting steam, it happens every time.
What should have happened: Windows open somewhere and stay there ;)
