I'll be using BioShock Remastered and BioShock 2 Remastered as example.
In the "Friends who play" section of the new library, click on a friend who wishes for both games on the page for the first game will bring up their wishlist listing both games despite that I clicked to open their wishlist entry for the first game.

Steps for reproducing this issue:
Have a friend wish for multiple games where the entire name of one of them is included in at least one other
Open up the game whose entire title can be found in more than one game in your library
Click on this friend in the wishlist section of "Friends who play" and observe multiple games, not only the one you wanted to see
