The Steam Community Discussion banner for the "Steam for Linux" forum, used in things like "your recently viewed hubs," is missing. Those for the forums of games are fine, it's Steam's own that are missing.

The layout requests https://steamcdn-a.akamaihd.net/steam/apps/221410/capsule_184x69.jpg which is 404. It gives a broken image in the client.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Visit the Steam for Linux subforum
2. Look at your recently-viewed hubs section
3. Broken image for Steam for Linux because the image is missing from the server.
