Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When having a desktop layout with differently facing monitors, it is possible to get the OSK outside of the screens

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Have one monitor as vertical and the other as horizontal
  2. Place the mouse near the edge of one of the monitors
  3. Open the OSK
