Feature Request:
I have the Steam Linux client window maximized. When I move the cursor to the very right edge of the program window, I cannot grab the scroll bar. So I have to precisely move the cursor about 5 pixels from the right, then I can grab scroll bar with a left click and move it.

Please make the scroll bar responsive for grabbing when the mouse cursor is located right.
