It wakes up the screen after I lock or idle the screen.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Lock or idle the screen.
  2. The screen lights up immediately.

Hello @laichiaheng, this sounds like the intended behavior for any fallback capture method that captures the desktop rendering. If you go to Steam -> Settings -> Remote Play -> Advanced Client Options -> set Performance Overlay to Details.

When using Remote Play, the games that work should be capturing directly from the game, while games that do not render should have something like Encoder: Desktop OpenGL.

I think is not capturing directory from the game, I can see my desktop when the game exits.
Some of the games that can bypass the lockscreen, but most of my games can not.
