Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Clicking on community content in Steam's new library always seems to open it on the rightmost monitor. This is not the case with other things that open in their own window, such as the friend list, system info, et cetera.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Use 2 screens. Steam in full screen on the left one which also is the primary screen.
Open a game in your library and click on any given community content that opens in a separate window.
Observe that it opens on the right screen rather than the left one Steam is on.
