1. Click Manage my Screenshots - popup with all screenshots opens to delete/upload/manage.
2. alternatively: right click a screenshot and click Manage Screenshots

instead:

1. click Manage my Screenshots, nothing happens.
2. alternatively: right click a screenshot and click Manage Screenshots; Nothing happens
