Some games has CD keys like Age of Empire III or GTA V.
The way I used to obtain the CD keys:
in the library, right click on the game, choose "manage" then "CD key" and usually a little dialog box should appear with CD key.
But not on the last updated Linux Steam version, I tested several times.
