Have you checked for system updates?: Yes
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
I was part of one of the Halo: Master Chief Collection Insider test flights. After it was over my license for the game was revoked, understandably. This did, however, leave me in a situation where I can't uninstall Halo: The Master Chief collection from my system unless I do so manually by deleting its files as the game does not appear in my Steam library any more (neither in the new library nor "Small mode").
It would be nice to have the same still be in your library (albeit with the "Play" button disabled of course) until you uninstall it as the game still is on my hard drive.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Install a game
Have its license revoked from your account
Be unable to find it in your library now meaning that you can't uninstall it from there
