Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Whenever I use the "Minimize Big Picture" option in the Big Picture power menu, the desktop bindings of the Steam Controller are not properly activated. In fact, the Steam Controller acts as if Big Picture is still the front window as I can actually exit Steam using the Steam Controller even while Steam is not visible, as well as hear when I move the cursor and stuff.
Desktop bindings are only ever properly activated if I alt-tab to another window.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Open Steam in Big Picture mode with Steam Controller
Press the "Minimize Big Picture" option in the power menu
Move the joystick around with the Steam Controller and hear the menu sounds
